Abstract


This paper deals with the issues related to the organ transplantation. It was assumed that the transplantation of human organs is not related with any kind of issues but with research it was found that transplantation of human organs is related to many issues. The paper emphasizes onlegal issues related to organ transplantation, various aspects of problems in implementing the Transplantation of Human Organ Act 1994 and may help in sorting out these problems and lays the hypothesis that the Act is related to many issues, if these issues are understood the Act will be automatically implemented in proper way.
